Self Service Laundromat Questions:
What hours are you open?
Six days a week we are open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. On Sunday, we close at 7 p.m. Our last wash is 1-1/2 hours before closing.
Do you have parking?
We are a free-standing building with its own parking lot! There is plenty of parking.
Are you attended?
Yes, we are attended from 7 a.m. to close.
Do you take quarters?
We take quarters, dollar coins, or you can use your cell phone to pay with Dexter pay which uses your credit or debit card.
Do you have large machines for big loads?
Yes, we have 60 and 80 pound washing machines!
Drop Off Laundry Service:
Do I have to sort my own clothing?
No, we sort your clothing before washing.
How will I know when you are finished with my wash and I can pick it up?
We will text you upon completion.
What if I need my clothes washed same-day?
We have that option, for an extra $.25 per pound.
Are you experienced with Equine Laundry?
We have been washing, waterproofing and repairing horse blankets for over a decade. We use Nikwax from England which is specifically made to clean and waterproof horse blankets.
Pickup and Delivery Service:
What days do you offer pickup/delivery?
7 days a week 7a.m. - 7p.m.
What happens if I cannot be at home during a pickup?
Our software will have a place that you can tell us where you will leave your clothes, examples: By the front door. Behind the gate on the right side of the house. With the apartment manager in unit 101. The same goes for when we deliver the clothes back to you.
What is the turnaround time?
The next delivery day. If we picked up on Monday, you will get your clothes on Wednesday.
What happens if I sign up for weekly service?
We will be there weekly on the day you select. If you are on vacation or don't have dirty clothes, just inform us so we can skip your home that week.
